Waiting list of Paranjape Schemes' Blue Ridge Township at Hinjewadi, Pune closed after 400 bookings

, originally uploaded by karolina j'.

Somebody told me about it, so i called and confirmed at Paranjape Schemes' office. He said yes, in a day and half around 400 people put their names on the waiting list so now we have stopped taking anymore names. Obviously, my next question was 'when will 2nd phase open?'. No, i did not ask this question because from the day first phase is launched, i have heard people asking this question and the standard answer is 'after 6/8 months.'

What i admire about Paranjape Schemes' is their staff. Every body is well informed and open. So, you always feel free to call and ask.

One more thing, complete website of Blue Ridge is now indexed so you can search and log on anytime. It's good website. I liked it. On my "real estate marketing blog" i am going to blog it.

Share Your Views and Opinion:

On my "Pune Real Estate Market News" blog i have shared the general reaction of Pune to the grand response you all gave to 'Paranjape Schemes' Blue Ridge.'

But i am very curious to know your views about the projects in our part of the city: Aundh annex, Baner, Balewadi and Pashan. Somehow, i feel, bookings at the Blue Ridge reflects the negative opinion about these projects. Like they say in the Elections, negative vote against the ruling party!

Please, share your views and opinion in the comments.

  1. There is a mad rush for Pune Realty. NRI's and foreign investors see India and Pune as one of the best investment destinations. Pune has the potential to grow like no other. Pune real estate will outperform all other cities in terms of growth. The best part is that this is backed by fundamental growth of IT, ITeS, BPO, Automobile and Auto ancillary units in Pune. Seeing the strong growth of India, The world's biggest and best companies are making a beeline to India, and Pune presents the best settings in every way for these companies.

  2. Great article on the real estate happenings, I really enjoy reading your posts. Just for your information, Donald Trump is in big trouble right now with his real estate empire. I hope everyone can pull through this slump!!

  3. Looks like there is a bubble being developed in Pune real estate. Like US it might burst and buyers will be left with big ticket purchases to see their property prices being stagnant or decreasing.. while builders like Paranjape schemes cashing and getting richer like Anil Ambani.
